Rooms and management were poor.

I was very disappointed from the moment we arrived. The hotel says they are pet friendly, yet there is very little grass for dogs. There was not a pet policy posted and upon check out I was charged double for my pets. The sheets on the bed had thin spots in them as to indicate where they had scrubbed stains out of the sheets. Room was okay. Lighting over vanity mirror poor for make up. Bath tub had no grab bar that even a non handicap person would need. Toilet was too low to floor.

I liked the location and cleanliness of this hotel.

The complimentary breakfast was
ok but the dining area was very small. People were getting in each other's way.

I enjoyed our stay here and I would stay here again but I would go to a restaurant to eat breakfast.

The owner was very understanding of the some of the problems.

Roll away bed was horrible and the handicap parking was insufficient.

Roll away bed was horrible and the handicap parking was insufficient and the signage was missing. It had a new owner and he said he was working on the issue and seemed very sincere.

Comfortable, nice breakfast provided coffee pot fridge etc.

I would have liked a sitting area in the room. But okay.

It was clean and fair security. It had a nice pool, whirlpool good breakfast provided. Could use an area away from the pool like a patio.

The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, the AC worked great, the hot breakfast was satisfactory, the pool was clean.

Was a reasonable value in location close to Downtown Fredericksburg.

Unfriendly staff, no wireless internet in room, very average in every way.

The Comfort Inn at Fredericksburg was not bad - not good. Very average and unremarkable in every way. Room was clean, but nothing beyond that. Staff was not surly, but certainly not friendly either. It was a relatively clean place to spend the night - nothing more. Continental breakfast in the morning, but it was very marginal. Clean-comfortable bed.

Loud-could hear people next door and in halls and traffic outside.

Price was in line with level of accommodation- in a safe neighborhood - fine if all you are looking for is a place to sleep.
